These terms govern your church's use of ChurchHub. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your church.
Last updated 25 July 2026
This agreement is between ChurchHub Ltd (“we”, “us”) and the church or organisation that holds the account (“you”). The person who creates the account confirms they are authorised to accept these terms on the organisation’s behalf.
An account is the billing unit. It may contain one branch or several, each with its own address, people and team roles. People are counted across every branch under the account, not per branch.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the security of your team’s credentials, and for what your team members do in the platform. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
New accounts get 30 days of full access with no card required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan. If you do not, the account pauses: you keep read access to your data and nothing is deleted for 90 days.
Full plan sizes and prices are on the pricing page.
Each plan includes a maximum number of active people. When you reach it you can still read, edit and export everything — you simply cannot add new people until you upgrade or archive some. We do not lock you out of your own data for exceeding a limit.
You agree not to:
We may suspend an account that puts the platform or other churches at risk. We will tell you why, and restore access once the issue is resolved.
You own the data you put into ChurchHub. We claim no ownership of it and do not use it to train models or to market to your members. You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active. Our handling of it is described in the privacy policy.
We own the software itself, and any feedback or suggestions you give us may be used to improve it without obligation.
Payments, email and SMS run through providers you connect with your own credentials — Stripe, Resend and Twilio. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their terms, and their fees are separate from ours. We are not responsible for their availability or for money held by them.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled away from Sunday mornings wherever possible and announced in advance. Support hours and channels are listed on the support page.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, goodwill or anticipated savings. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of critical data, which you can export at any time.
You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; we do not refund part-months. After cancellation your data is retained for 90 days so you can reinstate, then deleted. You can request immediate deletion instead.
We may terminate this agreement on 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach of the acceptable use section, and will refund any period you have paid for but not used.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
